When inquiring about your session, please include who all will be in the session. If there is children, please include the ages so I can give appropriate location options. I look forward to hearing from you!
FAQ
Do you do mini sessions all the time?
No. Mini sessions are sprecial offers on pre-determined dates/times only.
What is gallery turn around?
This will be outlined in contract as well, but 3-4 weeks for all sessions except weddings. Weddings are 6-8 weeks. Mini sessions will have a gallery delivery date on the corresponding booking site. This varies depending on time of year and/or how full my schedule is.
Do you travel?
Yup! I am located in the DFW area (McKinney) but I moved here from midway between OKC & Tulsa in 2021. So I offer in all 3 areas (OKC & Tulsa are limited dates when I travel back to visit family). Anything outside of these areas is subject to a traveling fee.
Do I have to purchase additional images?
No! The cost of the session listed is the cost including the estimated images listed. As outlined in the contract, if the client requests somewhere that requires additional fees, this will be added onto the session price.
Is the retainer required to book?
Yes. A session will not be held without the retainer. If you do not pay the retainer within twenty four hours of receiving the booking link, the appointment will go to the next requesting. All retainers go towards the session price. Mini's are due in full at booking.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds except in extreme circumstances of equipment failure or cancellation by Stephanie Dawn Photography. There are no refunds given for reschedules, either by the client or by Stephanie Dawn Photography. Retainers are non-refundable.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! You will receive a print release with your gallery. You are free to print wherever you choose, but I do offer prints through my store!
How will I receive my gallery?
Once I am done editing, a link to an online gallery will be sent to the email provided at booking.
Do you shoot more than one sunset session a day?
No. There is only one sunset, so only one sunset session. Sunset sessions are for full sessions only.
Do you shoot other times than sunset?
Yes! I schedule based on my client's needs. Beautiful images can be created at any time of day.
Can you make my session look like a sunset session, if we shoot at a different time?
Nope! I shoot what Mother Nature gives us.
