Photography is so important to me, because often times...we are just trying to get through the current phase of life. Go to work, make the dinner, change the diapers, read the books, feed everyone, sweep the floors, etc. We often forget to LIVE in the daily mundane. We forget what it is like to breathe in that fresh air, and just focus on those fleeting moments.

In a world that is filled with smart phones, social media, and all the distractions....let's take an hour. An hour to connect with each other. Uninterrupted, ringers off, phones away. Let's soak in those baby giggles, those toddler smiles, and our partner's able bodied embrace. Soon these moments will pass. Our lives will be, well...lived. For me, our life is kept and told by photos in an album. Let those photos be beautiful. Let those photos be full of life and love. Let those photos tell your story. Capture this chapter before it slips through our finger tips.
Every moment, even the hard ones, are worth the photos. This is more than just about a pretty Instagram feed, or likes on a photo. This is the story of our souls, our hearts, and the photos our children and grandchildren will look back on. We only truly keep the moments we remember. Photos are a beautiful way to always help you remember.

FAQ
Do you do mini sessions all the time?
No. Mini sessions are sprecial offers on pre-determined dates/times only. Mini sessions are not available for sunset sessions.
What is gallery turn around?
This will be outlined in contract, but 1-3 weeks for all sessions except boudoir and wedding. Boudoir is 2-4 weeks. Weddings are 3-6 weeks. This varies depending on time of year and/or how full my schedule is.
Do you travel?
Yup! I go between OKC metro and Tulsa metro at no extra charge. Also select areas near Dallas on limited dates through the year. Anything outside of these areas is subject to a traveling fee.
Is the retainer required to book?
Yes. A session will not be held without the retainer. If you do not pay the retainer within twenty four hours of receiving the booking link, the appointment will go to the next requesting. All retainers go towards the session price. Mini's are due in full at booking.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds except in extreme circumstances of equipment failure or cancellation by Stephanie Dawn Photography. There are no refunds given for reschedules, either by the client or by Stephanie Dawn Photography. Retainers are non-refundable.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! You will receive a print release with your gallery. You are free to print wherever you choose, but I do offer prints through my store!
How will I receive my gallery?
Once I am done editing, a link to an online gallery will be sent to the email provided at booking.
Do you shoot more than one sunset session a day?
No. There is only one sunset, so only one sunset session. Sunset sessions are for full sessions only. No exceptions.
Do you shoot other times than sunset?
Yes! All mini sessions are shot outside of golden hour. I schedule based on my client's needs. Beautiful images can be created at any time of day.
Can you make my session look like a sunset session, if we shoot at a different time?
Nope! I shoot what Mother Nature gives us.
